1. Who is JustFix?
ADAM:
Just Fix is an exciting new platform that looks to make booking urgent home trades as easy as ordering a taxi or a takeaway.
We're currently open across Essex and East London, and we're expanding across the whole of greater London and the home counties. Over the coming months, we'll look to go across the whole of the UK following that.
We aim to be the first name people think of when something goes wrong around the home.
2. Who is BoilerPro?
GIOVANNI:
BoilerPro is a Surrey based plumbing and heating company. We service, repair and install anything water or gas related in your home business or commercial premises. We have a great team of engineers and a lovely customer base of which we look to grow this year.
3. Why is this merger happening?
ADAM:
I'm really excited about the merger with BoilerPro. I have been working with Giovanni for a little while now and his business has a fantastic reputation across Surrey and South West London. So it's the perfect partnership to bring trusted Fixers and valued customers into the JustFix ecosystem.
4. What does the merger mean for customers?
ADAM:
So the merger means that we can now unlock additional potential and a new geographical footprint. We can bring customers into our platform and bring on some trusted suppliers as well, to create more value on both sides of our marketplace.
5. How will it benefit customers in the long run?
ADAM:
The merger benefits customers because it enables us to bring a ready-made workforce of high quality fixers into the platform. Which means we have more great people out there on the road able to help our customers and provide the fastest response times and the best quality service we can.
