Subscription Terms & Conditions 

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the JustFix Subscription service ("Service") offered by JustFix ("we", "us", or "our"). These terms are applicable only when you have signed an agreement for a JustFix Subscription, they do not apply to registering your interest in a future subscription on our website (www.justfix.app.) You ("you" or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not register for, or use the Service. 

Definitions
  • Subscription Service: The recurring service that includes access to a range of home maintenance and repair services as detailed on our landing page.
  • Credits: Each subscription credit is worth 30 minutes with one of our expert tradespeople, with a 2-credit minimum per call-out. 
  • Material Modifications: Significant changes that alter the features, performance, or value of the service.
Eligibility

Available only to residents in London and the Home Counties aged 18+

Offer and Service Provision 

The Subscription Service is provided "as is." We may modify or withdraw it at any time. Early Subscribers, and existing customers benefit from a waived £50 set-up fee.

Subscription, Payment, and Credits

Your Subscription Service is linked to you as a member, not just a single property. Please note that we can only provide services in areas where JustFix operates. If you move home within our service area, your subscription moves with you. If you move home outside our service area, we will not be able to transfer your subscription to your new address, and your subscription will need to be cancelled in line with our cancellation terms. 

Annual Commitment: 12-month subscription with monthly payments or a discounted upfront payment, which provides a 10% discount off the total annual fee.

Credits Usage: Must be used within the subscription period. No rollover. 

Usage Accountability: If you cancel your subscription and have used more credits than your payments have covered, any outstanding balance will be billed as part of your final payment. If you cancel and have unused credits, these will expire at the end of your subscription period and no refund will be provided for unused credits.

Cancellation, Termination, and Transition

Cancellation requires one month’s written notice. You have committed to a 12-month subscription with monthly payments, or a discounted upfront payment, which provides a 10% discount off the total annual fee. 

User Obligations

Provide accurate information and keep account details secure. 

Data

Data is handled per our Privacy Policy. 

Limitation of Liability

Provided "as is." Our total liability is capped at amounts paid in the three months before a claim.

Changes to the Terms 

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes unresolved through good faith negotiations will be settled via LCIA arbitration. 

Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays due to circumstances beyond reasonable control. 

Severability

Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder of these Terms. 

No Waiver

Failure to enforce any part does not waive our right to enforce it later. 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
