Request an electrician, plumber, heating and gas engineer, handyperson, or something else-er. We provide you with a fixed price per hour at the point of booking so you exactly what you’ll pay for their services.

Tell us where and when you need your Fixer

Enter your address and choose the date you’d like your Fixer to come round and do their thing. You can specify morning or afternoon slots 7 days a week for maximum flexibility.

Can I book a Fixer through JustFix without downloading the app?

Yes, if you don’t have a smart phone or tablet, you can also book a JustFix accredited Fixer via our website using our online booking form.

How soon can I get an appointment with one of your Fixers?

We offer next-day appointments for most of our services, and same-day appointments for emergency callouts. When you enter your details into our booking system, you can choose either a morning or afternoon slot on a day that works best for you.

Do I need to be in when my Fixer is here?

It’s not essential for you to be in, but we recommend being there at the beginning and end of the appointment if possible. This will allow your Fixer to talk you through everything they’ve done or discuss whether any further work is needed. 

What should I do if I’m not satisfied with the Fixer’s work?

We only have accredited, experienced tradespeople on our books here at JustFix, so we’re utterly confident that any and all work they do will be to the highest standard.
