Our cancellation Policy

Everything you need to know

We charge one hour for a fixer to attend your property. If the job can be completed in the first hour, with no additional materials required, there is no additional cost. Time after the first hour is charged in 30 minute increments.

If an estimate is required, the first hour cost is still payable in order for the fixer to attend your property and quote for the job. Once an estimate is provided, you are under no obligation to accept it. Should you accept the estimate, work will progress on the agreed terms.

Your final bill will be charged when you are satisfied the work is complete.

Cancelling your booking

If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us as soon as possible. We leap into action and start incurring costs as soon as a booking is made, so we may need to charge you if you don't give us plenty of notice.

Please see a breakdown of our cancellation fees below:
  • You can cancel your booking without further charge before 5:00 PM the day before the booking.
  • If you cancel your booking, you will not be refunded for the call-out fee unless this is agreed with customer services
  • If you cancel after 5:00 PM the day before your booking, we will charge the equivalent of one hour's cost.

  • Any costs already incurred in relation to your job will also be charged to you.
