Our team of fully qualified plumbers charge flat hourly rates of £110, meaning you’ll know exactly what you’ll be paying per hour of their time at the point of booking. If your Fixer needs to purchase replacement parts to complete a job, your final bill may be a little higher, but they won’t buy anything without consulting with you first.

WRAS is an independent certification scheme for plumbing products and materials. WRAS-compliant plumbing products have undergone certain quality checks to ensure they provide clean, safe water to UK homes. While London plumbers aren’t legally required to use WRAS-approved parts, they may choose to in order to help ensure they only carry out exceptional work.

If you have a plumbing emergency, you’ll need to get it repaired immediately to avoid lasting damage to your property. Due to the unpredictable nature of emergencies, you may find that you need a plumber in the middle of the night or at a moment’s notice. Working these unsociable hours can mean that emergency plumbers charge higher hourly rates than those working standard hours.

Yes, our London-based plumbers will bring their own specialist tools and equipment to your home to carry out the necessary investigations, installations, repairs or maintenance. They don’t tend to bring their own kettles and milk, though, so feel free to offer them a cuppa when they’re on the job.

It depends. Every Plumber will bring some materials or equipment to each job. However, if you need a specific part, you will be charged.  

All costs for parts will be added to the final bill.
