What are credits?

Each subscription credit is worth 30 minutes with one of our expert tradespeople, with a 2-credit minimum per call-out.

If you ever run out of credits, you'll benefit from 25% off our standard rates for any additional labour you require. 

Alternatively, you can upgrade your membership to a higher tier at any point. 

How can I use my credits?

How do I know if you cover my area?

Enter your postcode when you register your interest and we'll let you know if we cover your area.  If we're not in your area yet (we are expanding) we'll let you know and add you to the waitlist to stay updated! 

What if I move home?
Your subscription moves with you! 
Can I cancel my home maintenance subscription?
Yes, after your initial 12-month period, or switch plans anytime. Please see the Subscription Terms and Conditions, for details of our cancellation policy. 
Can I upgrade my plan after subscribing?​
Yes, you can upgrade at any time. The new plan's pricing will be adjusted accordingly.​ 
How can I use my credits?
The subscriptions page has a list of examples. The actual allocation will be made clear during the booking process.
How do I book or job or schedule an annual service?​
Just like you would with a normal booking, via the JustFix web or mobile app! 
What happens if I don't use all my credits within the year?

Unused credits do not roll over to the next year. We encourage utilising your credits annually to maintain your home's condition.​ 

What are the subscription terms and conditions?

When you subscribe, you will need to agree to our Subscription Terms and Conditions, which cover eligibility, benefits, and the details of our policies. Subscriptions are currently available only in areas where JustFix operates.
