When do home maintenance subscriptions launch?

Now! Register your interest to be one of our early subscribers, with special offers and discounts. 

 

How do I know if you cover my area?

Enter your postcode when you register your interest and we'll let you know if we cover your area.  If we're not in your area yet (we are expanding) we'll let you know and add you to the waitlist to stay updated! 

What if I move home?
Your subscription moves with you! We’ll complete a new Home Health Check at your new property to keep your subscription tailored and up to date.
Can I cancel my home maintenance subscription?
Yes, after your initial 12-month period, or switch plans anytime. Please see the Subscription Terms and Conditions, for details of our cancellation policy. 
How does Multi-Home pricing work?

For landlords and customers with more than one property, our Multi-Home subscription can be customised to suit your needs. 

With the Premium plan as the base (3 Fixes + 1 Home Service), you can add however many additional Fixes and/or Home Services you require for an extra £10 each per month. For example:

  • 4 Fixes + 2 Home Services per year would be £65/month.
  • 6 Fixes + 3 Home Services per year would be £95/month. 

Multi-Home subscribers will also benefit from a multi-property health check to get you up and running. 

Can I upgrade my plan after subscribing?​
Yes, you can upgrade at any time. The new plan's pricing will be adjusted accordingly.​ 
How do I know what I get with one Fix? 
The subscriptions page has a list of example one-fix allocations. The actual allocation will be made clear during the booking process. 
Can I add more Fixes or Home Services?​

Yes, additional Fixes and/or Home Services can be added to your plan for an extra £10 each per month. 

How do I schedule a Fix or Home Service?​
Simply go into your JustFix subscription account, choose the service needed, and select a convenient time. Just like you would with a normal booking! 
What happens if I don't use all my Fixes within the year?

Unused Fixes do not roll over to the next year. We encourage scheduling your Fixes annually to maintain your home's condition.​ 

What are the subscription terms and conditions?

When you subscribe, you will need to agree to our Subscription Terms and Conditions, which cover eligibility, benefits, and the details of our policies. Subscriptions are currently available only in areas where JustFix operates.
