The slick platform connects the demand and supply side in local communities, providing self-employed tradespeople with a steady stream of work, whilst adding a layer of trust and customer service for the end-user. All works done via Just Fix are guaranteed for 12 months and all Fixers on the platform have provided relevant qualifications, insurances and background checks.
The fully transparent service puts the choice of Fixer in the hands of the customers, who are able to browse the profiles of all available Fixers and make their selection based upon their own, individual, criteria. Integrations with popular social platforms allow a user to see if their friend has recommended a particular Fixer; which is a much more trusted endorsement than a random review.
Currently running in private beta, and building a growing waiting list of customers and suppliers, Just Fix opens to the public in Q1 2022 and is targeting revenues of £100 million by year 5.
